I think you are an amazing, great woman with many wonderful ideas. You want to change the world and attempt to help anyone out.

Unfortunately, you do not always evaluate the consequences of your actions. It has affected before and can affect you in the future. I do not want you to become more hesitant to doing things, but maybe you should take a minute evaluate possible consequences.
