Make sure you know your roommate though, know how they live, and their habits.

I recently moved down 5 apartments becuase my last roommate was a pig. He didnt even know how to close a cabinet door. (Or wash dishes...pick up his trash that he threw on the floor...etc etc etc) or anything else for that matter.
