Really sick. We lost to Oswego last night. I couldnt finish my race. I had to stop to go puke in the bathroom. I let my team down because I talked myself out of the race. I said I cant do it and I couldnt. My body could but my mind talked me out of it. I hate myself right now. I cant believe I did that. Im angered with myself right now, Im not

Oh Gary, that's not your fault! If you're sick, you shouldn't be competing. And if you push yourself too far, you'll never get better. Since you let yourself take that break, you'll be ready for the next meet. Good boy :)

awh..I'm sorry you got sick..don't worry there are still other meets!!!..and I'm sorry I couldn't make it, I had practice..if you swim against mexico and its at mexico let me know..'cause I will be able to go..hopefully!!!!! good luck with the rest of the season!!!
