At least this year had better be shiny and new, because dammit, last year kinda sucked for pretty much the whole damn world.

But at least the one thing that absolutely, positively needed to go right for me went far better than I had hoped, and for that I am incredibly happy.

J was showing me that house too, it is so pretty but about twice the size for what we would ever need!

Oh, we'd totally use all the space. We are such space hogs, it's sad.

And I LOVE fixer-uppers! Especially ones that can be restored. I wonder how good all that original woodwork is...?
