It was a quiet day today.

My friend is sick, down with a cold.
I think. It must be as simple as a cold.

And my boss is a little angry at me.
Because I care more about Jasper than my boss. She didn't seem angry, but I could tell.

The power's out, and so I bought myself some candles. Scented candles, because they smell good.

I forgot to buy my friend his food, so I shared half of my sandwich with him. Actually, I didn't have enough money. I'm still kind of hungry, but I can manage.
