She-Sha should put up a chalkboard!

Below is a draft proposal i wrote up to give to the owner(s) of She-Sha some time soon. Any suggestions on content, phrasing, objections, etc.? Should i make it a petition and get a bunch of people to sign it? In particular, i don't know how to write a closing statement. (It is just a 15-minute draft, remember.)

a petition could work, esp. if you get a substantial number of the regulars to sign. Maybe signature-and-commentary? but that might be getting too convoluted.

Not sure i can help yo with closing statement though -i suck at formal writings..

I don't know if the classrooms are a particularly good source of free chalk. That chalk is getting supplied by someone, and if it starts going missing enough, it'll stop appearing for the taking.
