KY Derby, Cedar Point, and other news

Thursday was the Pegasus Parade for the Kentucky Derby. It was long and painful. But I did not give in and drink water like the other sections. Us trumpets/flugels held strong and did not break up our stance just to drink water like the weak. I sound crazy. But other than the parade part, the day was boring and hot and lazy. Aww, Kaela, I would have loved to go to the Matt Meyer Event, but I can't because I'm visiting my mom and brother in Florida. It's kinda boring down here...not much to do but sit around and read.

I'm really sorry you can't come. I just happen to be in town for my uncle's wedding that weekend, that's why the date is set. Mayhap there will be a time when we are both in the same city at the same time, and we will have a huge party just to celebrate that coincidence.

I hope Florida gets at least a little better before you leave. Mayhap you'll finish lots of awesome books.
