if we're all just people and bodies what makes us attracted to one and not to another? why can't we all satisfy eachother's desires in the same way? i know it wouldn't make life as challenging or fun, but it would be easier, and you would never have a shortage of sex or attraction...actually maybe it would make life like SUPER fun cause then you'd ( Read more... )

u kno this is weird, but thoughts like that have crossed my mind too. i think essences would have lots of sex with less work, and HELL yeah, it'd be a lot more pleasurable.

Um, I am going to have to disagree. I think we'd all get bored of sex after a while. I mean...well this may be just me...but, part of what makes it so special and amazing is that it is a secretive thing shared between two people. It does not happen all the time and it could not happen all the time, so when it does, it is more special. I mean think of it like this. If you were 12 and you were like wow it would be AMAZING if I could play (insert amazing video games here) whenever I wanted to, life would be awesome. Well, pretty soon the kid would get bored of the games and want to move on to something else.

Conditioning. Different family backgrounds and culture, etc.

why can't we all satisfy eachother's desires in the same way?Different body types, different levels of hormones, personality, etc. I'd also say conditioning again, as what turns one person on may do nothing for another ( ... )
