Happy Holidays to my FL!!!
I hope you all have a very lovely holidays and Xmas this year (if you celebrate it). Since I was unable to do FL mailings this year with holiday cards, I would like to post this in an entry for you all.
We hope you have an even better year next time around!

Greetings & Salutations, December 2009
Hi, hey there, and ho, to our family and friends
We thought we'd get word out before the year ends
from Erik, Aimee, Rachel & Tanner in the sunshine state
It's rarely we venture outside in the heat
But there were a few tidbits we’d share as a treat
The Haynes dared to travel afar on one beautiful day
To see Jenny become a Bell in May
Also of note, there was a trip to the north
Visiting cousins Cristian & Jared were well worth our travels to and forth
We did finally get Erik graduated this year
And we can’t tell you how full we are with cheer
So now when it's the Haynes' praises we sing
We sing thank goodness we made it through this thing
The year was quite busy, with operas and such
But we figure you don't want to hear all that much
Aimee still works as chauffeur, mommy, & cook
While Rachel learned letters, numbers, and manners in a book
Tanner raises terror and adventure wherever he goes
The terrible twos have come in droves!
It’s been an interesting year in the sun
We’re looking forward to another great one
