Dear neighbor (rant on out of control dog owners)
I've been EXTREMELY tolerant of animals for many many years, but this year, I've had enough.
Having a friend's dog bite me while visiting his house--- and having that friend not offer to pay for a doctor's visit because his dog is a wild mutt pissed me off to no end, plus the fact that I saw it coming when he and his wife treat the fucking dog better than his guests.
Today, the neighbor's tiny dog scrambled out over to our side and was about to bite me....and I was PISSED. It's bad enough that we have to hear the dogs barking all night on a daily basis, it's bad enough that on ocean beach in SF I had to put up with a gazillion dog owners who openly don't keep their dogs on leashes (although signs are clearly posted that they need to), and having to dodge so many dogs while jogging because their masters don't want to take responsibility for how much they fuck over other people with their wild animals---
I've had enough. I've had enough of attack dogs and I've had enough of friends who treat little fufu like gods when they attack their guests. BAH!
