Don't get me wrong... i love Christmas, but I just cant seem to appreciate the fact that everywhere you go they play christmas songs and have trees and tinsel all over the place.

Am i becoming a scrooge??

no way. i think insanity should be defined as "christmas carols 24/7", or maybe just what makes people go insane. i went to a pool last night and they even had christmas carols playing there. usualy by the time it gets to christmas i'm over it and the day itself is characterised by a great big "thank christ it's over!" so ba humbug, or whatever, to comercialised christmas!

My mum plays Christmas carol cd's for two weeks or so before Christmas. Count yourself lucky. I get the privilege of hearing them at home and out in the big wide world. There is no escape.

yeah my friends mum plays christmas carols at their home early in the morning to wake everybody up. Really awful ones like "Here comes Rudolph", and there are little conversations played in between tracks between rudolph and santa. Thankgod my mum doesn't like christmas :) Lol. I love the anticipation but once it's all over it's all a bit depressing hey....
