Everyone and their mother seems to be going to Viva this year. Like, everyone. The Flying Saucers are roadtripping it out there with no cash to play in a parking lot and hand out demos. If anyone sees a 6'2 Mexican upright bass player with long side burns and a goofy smile, make sure he's being good.

I'm surprised that their hotels are booked up beyond expectation , so much so that they had to cut deals with a 4th hotel thats sold out as well . Usually the Orleans dosn't sell out until the last minute , and theres plenty of rooms at the Rio ... fuckin' nuts .
