I see you have a tendency to immediately hate things that don't apply to you, and may seem minutely disagreeable. The low-carb fad is a fad, but it does work. I am the poster child- I have lost 40 lbs (albeit, i gained back some more recently because I went off of it completely and didn't supplement the new carbs with workout) but the diet works.

So chill out. I agree totally with the guinness shit, and I'm very happy you're journaling. May it keep on coming.

I was talking to a friend today, and she mentioned a thing she read that said Atkins works, but for the wrong reasons. Basically, people get so tired of never eating carbs and just downing steaks all the live-long day that they just start eating less altogether, and since the no-carbs clause cuts out sugary desserts anyways, they end up losing the weight. Whatever works.

uhm...i'm stil way better than all of you. and let me say why A) i came up with the pyramids, 2) i forced the jews to build my pyramids and 3) i come from a long line of Pharaohs. so there you have it...reasons that i'm great. oh i'm also a blood descendant of Muhammad(PBUH) which is WAY cooler than anything.
