I didn't defend myself or the fandom as well as I wanted to, but I definitely was confused and offended by that labeling. "Crazy, rabid, stupid fangirls" are the ones who cause trouble for others, who jump down the throats of those who don't agree with them, who wank and whine and will hear nothing against their precious OTPs or fandoms.

Where in the hell do we fall in any of those categories? Seriously? About the worst you could say about us is that yeah, we're a little exciteable. We get really excited over little, possibly insignificant things, but they mean a lot to us and newsflash: that doesn't hurt a single soul.

I can't think of another fandom I'd want to be in more.

I have to admit, seeing Cate's post about it really made my morning! (It even became MY "happy thing for today") I ended up clicking on her link and watching it and going to your blog entry there about the production. I knew it was a lot of work (we'd discussed how much was involved in your other three at the time). You sounded so *professional*, I was impressed. Not that you come off as hairbrained, by any means, but it's so cool to see you speaking in a professional format. You seemed much older and mature than a university student! I'm not of the English-persuasion to normally say it, but you did really come off as "brilliant" ^_^

Missed seeing you online. Otherwise you would have been tagged for the Happy Meme too! I meant to email you directly, yesterday, but kept getting sidetracked!

Congratulations on the animation~ :D I've watched it several times since yesterday (thanks to Eli and Cate XD) and it's really wonderful. Seeing it on the front page of that site is really impressive. You should be quite proud. <333

I left my comment on YouTube already and emailed, but I'll gladly say it again - congrats hun! You are the hardest worker I know and bursting with so much talent, I can't think of anyone who deserved the honor and the recognition more than you <3

And in regards to the F/S post, I left my own comment there as well but I was not nearly as angry as I thought I'd be when I first saw the secret. It sounds to me like the poster (while they clearly don't ship TxN) were more bothered by the attitude of some fangirls who will use even the basis of their on-stage characters to support their ship and find "evidence"; like the way they turn to each other or walk by each other on stage. That kind of stupid behavior is the same sort of stuff we condemn in the TxN fandom as well, especially when people come in shipping them as GP and nothing else (that anyone even finds stuff worthy of shipping from them as Gin and Hitsu baffles me). Sure we like seeing them on stage together, but these guys are professionals and shipping them just because of

I was mostly amused by the f_s, because the OP clearly has one of the batshit insane fangirls (and there are a few, just not prominent ones) as a friend and it's driving her nuts. She obviously has no real knowledge of the fandom and is just venting her anger. Which is kinda what I see f_s as being for.

And I bought a bottle of Feel Good today and feel I should tell them it's because I was inspired by a certain advert XD I showed the vid to Mum as soon as you emailed me, because I'd told her about them and showed her all the previous ones. We're both very impressed - you should be so proud of yourself, because you've done a wonderful job. Bet you're sick of plasticine by now though! *hugs*
