Oh my god....it is time for a diet.Today I stepped on my scales and it ended up in tears...
Is there someone who is able to give me some good advice?

Water, water, water, water. Replace all your drinks with water, which will remove a lot of calories that you don't notice you're consuming, and it'll also make you snack less, because humans interpret dehydration as hunger.
