Today was my fist time out and running around. My dad runs an Ultimate Frisbee game on Tuesdays and Fridays. We agreed a week ago that i could try and play a bit today but no sooner. So i went out today and ran a bit. I don't have any exciting stories of a great D or laying out into the grass. This was just a step and i was happy enough running

I have been under the impression that ice is one of those "healthy addictions". If you do decided to intervene we could be on that TV show, Intervention. I bet it would be a rockin' good time.

I can think of a few ways you and I could have a rocking good time. Not one of them involves being on a TV show--but a few do involve ice.

You should come to Burning Man. I bet if you did the pretty please on Tony, he'd even come and grab you from Humboldt if you needed it.
