It was a cute fic and I love caring!Brian. But I think instead of Kinnetic you should have written Vanguard. I think it was never mentioned in the show that Justin worked at Kinnetic but even if he did, his co-workers must have expected that Brian would treat him differently than the others. But nevertheless I liked your story. :)

I wrote this at 2am, and I get a bit muddled at the best of times - there were quite a few stages of work Brian went through, and I could only vaguely remember the names! All I really knew was that I wanted Brian to be the boss.
