I hate when teachers leave movies for the kids to watch b/c they get louder than ever...it my eigth graders from before so at least I can yell at them by name to take it down a notch

The easiest way to confront the bible beaters is to tell them to present an argument that isn't self-referential. Things like "believe in jesus as your savior, or you're going to hell" is a typical bible beater scare tactic but assumes that you believe in hell in the first place.

Most of Christianty rests on the assumption that the Bible is authoratative, yet there is no way to authenticate that outside of the book itself. In essence, the entire thing is a logical failure.
