I somehow picture this certification as an induction into the world of medical drama. As in, Toni is now licensed to say "Damnit, Jim! I'm a Medical Professional/Medical Recep., not a miracle worker!" or possibly quote House constantly. Or maybe she is now allowed to perform CPR on an ER patient who is clearly dead (as made obvious by the flatline EKG sound in the background) and her assistant is like "give up Toni, it's too late" and Toni's all like "LIIIIVE!" and keeps thrusting.

Sorry, I had to get that out of my system. Congrats Toni.

Actually I just get calls from scary religeous ladys who think that all us at the clinic/hospital are going to hell!
