i am sort of taken aback by the attitude of most people in toronto. i get that everyone is busy, and career-oriented, but is that any reason to ignore the rest of the population? i can't get over the amount of people who behave like they are the only important people around. like the ladies who don't say thank you when you hold the door for them,

When I was in Vacouver I had the same problem. An 60 year old lady body checked me to get on the bus.

Vancouver is horrible for that! Everyone is just focused on getting where they're needing to go and forget about everyone around them
