Now I realize that my family thinks I am nuts, as I have allowed them to think so; but this guy is a wanting. Never let it be misconstrued, I will devour shrimp prepared in any fashion, saved burnt. I think nearly everyone is crazy, including me most of the time, so that's nothing special.

The human species is hardwired for pattern recognition. The first and most important pattern that humans learn to recognize is the face, because for an infant, an adult human face means sustenance and protection. I would personally be more worried if someone DIDN'T see faces in everyday objects and random phenomenon, because that would mean they'd had some sort of brain damage. The problem comes in when ignorant people assign mystical importance to something that has a purely scientific explanation. There is precious little in the world that needs a mystical explanation and someone seeing a face in a shrimp shell is most decidedly not in that category.
