So there was a baseball player, Josh Hancock, a releiver for the Cardinals. About 3 weeks ago, he hit a tow truck helping a motorist whose car had stalled some time in the we hours of the morning, and died upon impact. It turns out he was drunk, not wearing a seatbelt and had weed in his car. Now the father of Josh is sueing the bar for serving him
