Well there are some differing opinions around certain "sins" and different things left up to the interpretation of the individual and the conviction of the Holy Ghost

well, if you judge people too much...
it will probably piss them off more than help them.
and it will probably make them drift further from God/never want to know God.

true but if God opens up a window for you to talk to them/get through to them and you don't take it and they die in sin, then their blood can very well be on your hands.
