well yesterday was a good day overall until after work. i dropped my phone in a puddle and now it is broken and i have to buy a new one! ugh! now i need to shell out three hundred dollars. great!

OMGosh, your phone broke?! :O I can't believe it- that's not good. One of my old friends got thrown into a pool (it was summer) while she was wearing her phone and it "drowned" too. (That seems to be the leading cause of death for cell phones. :).
Seriously, though, I hope everything works out o.k. I hope your day gets better. :(
