Rick Perry is our Governor AGAIN???

Hasn't he already been governor since Bush left? How many terms can he hold?

I'm so confused and clearly I am terribly unqualified to go into politics.

because he wasn't elected when bush left i don't believe it counted as a term for him since he was just taking over. soooo, this would technically be his second term, and i believe you're allowed 2. but then again i've failed tx govt twice for failure to care enough to pay attention.
