Before one can train there mind, they must first train there body. Howning such skills drives you to excel in a physical sense and you see the world in a new light...or dark. What a coinscidence, I got a mp3 player as well and I was going to use it for meditation.

Just a quick note Carl, I recomend you take Yoga. Very easy, very healthy, very enjoyable. Just buy one of those DVDs with Rodney Yee. the AM/PM workout is best for begginers. It is very meditatve.

Yes, I have been taking this under concideration for sometime now. But I have been so busy, that it has just not happen yet. Thank you for your input however, I am going to get into it soon.

This is a very wise proverb. As I had mentioned in my journal, all Samurai should have a physical journal that they may write such proverbs in for the future genrations to look upon and grow.

Use a quil and ink rather than just a pen, it becomes more medative this way...
