i'm sorry, i dont really like wandering around rugby road looking for frat parties to go to. cory was talking about awesome, small group parties at tech and i am so jealous you dont even know. i would love to hang out and play drinking games at something like that, where i knew most of the people. huge parties just aren't my thing. ugh i hate ( Read more... )

1. uva doesnt get the stereotype of polos and preps for no reason
2. frats are lame
3. honestly, i dont think you'd be happier at tech because you know more people. yeah it's nice to have people you know, but i think you need to be somewhat forced to meet new people much like i am.
4. there WILL be someone to fit in with FOOL! ugh there is not possible way anyone couldnt love your personality...except for the whole you eat sandwiches with one slice of bread and dont even fold it over...

don't worry.
you'll find the people you fit in with.
it just is going to take a little bit longer than it did in high school
because the campus is so big.

at least, for someone who is shy like me, that's what i think.
if you're more outgoing, the whole process will be faster.
