I had a lady on the phone and she was convinced she was watching yesterdays tv.

I tried to explain it may just be a repeat..

But no...she had definitely tuned into yesterdays tv..

Not many people know that the secret to time travel is not taking your meds.

Reminds me of every time some one tries to mix two conflicting product deals together and cant understand why I wont give them a two for one discount topped with it for a third off.

Or when old people take ten minutes to get their shopping paid for because they are old, rude and senile - telling me I am bad at my job when I am any thing but bad with dealing with them, especially when they tell me that they are waiting for me to do some thing they never told me to do to begin with, and then blame me for the problem but in a different way.

Or trying to explain to a customer that what he is pawing at is a mirror and not protective glass preventing him from reaching his chilled backwards bevereges - actually this one is a lie, I gave up trying to explain and left him to it.

So yeah, I think we are both in full agreement that the general public is fucking stupid.
