Master Cleanse Diet

Has anyone ever heard or tried the master cleanse lemonade diet? I am thinking of trying it, but want to get opinions from others who have tried it or perhaps know people who have tried it.

I tried it, but couldn't do it. The salt cleanse is really hard to do, but does clean you out (literally). I was starving the whole time, but I had a very hard time drinking the lemonade. I just couldn't stand the taste.
There is a LJ community that is really informative.
