So I would like to apologize for the last couple entries I've made. I have gotten a hold of myself. I have calmed down. I'm in a reasonably good place again. And again, I am sorry for the particularly unhappy nature and exceeding quantity of the entries that I made two and three days ago

you really have to stop apologizing... this is your journal, you're suppose to be able to write whatever you want... if anyone really had/has a problem with it, they can always remove you from their friends list...
you need to do what you need to stop... stop saying sorry!
