There's a friend fo mine that I just haven't been paying much attention to lately and I'm beginning to worry, I see her all the time and talk to her but never have we had more than a superficial talk. So yeah, she seems very down lately and I have no clue why but I'm beginning to worry a lot. I really haven't let her now how much I love her lately

Jamal-you didnt ruin anything..its not your fault its mine i've been pushing my friends that mean the most to mean away lately mainly because i did a bad thing and thats been on my mind ever since it happened its all starting to hit me what i actually did..and i dont want to face it..i told you that i would tell you everything and i will because i know now that i cant deal with it on my own..also you will never losose my friendship..no matter how much i try and push it away right now.. but i honestly dont know how much longer i can live with what i did...or before i just snap..so i will tell you everything when you get home from work..i love you too..and i'm sorry
