I got back from a 3 week holiday in Florida yesterday - oh, the day before yesterday (being monday morning) now - and after a perfectly normal jet-lag-free day (apart from on monday when I saw Mel in the afternoon to drop off her present and fell asleep on her sofa) but I got no sleep on the 8 hour
