A look into the past.....
Another tiring day of working non-stop and he was already at his limit. He was tempted to just throw everything away and go to sleep already but he knew that he still needed to do it. He’s been working and doing all that he could to be at the top of the business ladder for years now and sometimes it was just too tiring like today.
Now that he was in Korea, it was much bearable than before because he’s able to see his jewel from time to time. He made it a point to visit his Hyukkie every week. He had to do it with caution, though. It’s still not the time for us to meet.
He enjoyed seeing his jewel; it was just like a breath of fresh air. However, something was bothering him. Yesterday, when he went to visit his love, he saw him with another guy. He was aware of who that person is. He was Hyukkie’s best friend, Junsu. From what he knew, they met when he was eight years old. Just a year after we met.
As he was watching them, he felt a pang in his chest. He could see in Hyukkie’s eyes the affection that he held for the other and with that he felt like a fool that maybe he would be ruining his Hyukkie’s life if ever he appeared. Hyukkie....
But still, somehow, there was a small ray of hope that his Hyukkie would return to his side. He won’t give up. Not after all the years he’s spent preparing for the day they’ll meet. Soon, we’ll be meeting, very soon. Just be ready for me, Eunhyuk.

It’s been three months since he came to Korea and today he was excited. It was his Hyukkie’s birthday today and he’s planning once again to visit him. Zhoumi informed him that his Hyukkie would be staying over at his hyung’s house for a celebration. When he was getting near the said house, he saw his jewel going out of the house with a big smile on his face. I wonder where Hyukkie’s going.
He decided to just follow his jewel. He stopped and hid behind the tree when his Jewel went inside the house. This is Junsu’s house...What’s he doing here? He decided to wait outside for his Hyukkie, and half an hour later he saw him running away at break-neck speed with tears falling from his eyes. Hyukkie....
He ran after Hyukkie and stopped when Eunhyuk fell down because of the rain. He rushed over and turned his body towards him. He saw his face contorted in pain and felt his heart break. He didn’t know what happened but somehow he had a feeling it was related to Junsu. Junsu, I swear if it’s you. I’ll make sure that you will never be able to go near Hyukkie again.
His thoughts were interrupted when he heard a whimper coming from Hyukkie. He placed his arms around Eunhyuk and carried him while saying, “I’m sorry Hyukkie. I love you.”

He was at Kibum’s office when Siwon went inside. He saw them greeting each other warmly and he couldn’t help but feel a little jealous. I shouldn’t be like this. He broke away from his thoughts when Siwon turned to him.
“You have a lot of explaining to do, Donghae.” He grinned at Siwon. He felt bad that he didn’t inform his friend that he was already there. And so he proceeded to tell him all the things he told Kibum to appease his friend.
After an hour of chatting and getting to know each other, Donghae remembered what’s been nagging on him since he went to the hospital.
“What happened to Hyukkie?” Siwon frowned and he looked a little angry. Donghae and Kibum knew right away that what they were about to hear was not good.
“Junsu rejected Hyukkie and he remembers everything now. It turns out that Jessica, Junsu’s current girlfriend was Lei’s ex.” With that Donghae felt his world crumbling once again.
“What??!!!!”
“Ya Donghae, don’t shout. This is a hospital you know.”
“Sorry Kibum, excuse me for a second, will you?” They knew what he was about to do. Siwon immediately blocked Donghae’s path.
“Hae calm down. You shouldn’t be so irrational.”
“Calm down? Hyukkie remembers everything and you want me to calm down?!” Donghae pushed Siwon away and made a move towards the door only to stop right away.
“Go ahead, do what you want but just remember that everything you’ve been working so hard for will crumble into dust.” Kibum knew that this was the only way to stop Donghae from his rampage. Donghae sat down begrudgingly and turned away from the other two males.
“Hae, his family and friends would be there for Hyukkie. Also, Junsu and Jessica will get what they deserve from us. Let us do the work this time, alright? And besides, he still doesn’t know anything yet.” He didn’t answer but he knew they were right. As much as he didn’t want to accept it, they were absolutely right.
“Bummie, Siwon. Just update me, alright?” He turned and left not giving the chance for the other occupants of the room to stop him.
“Hyuk, I’m still not fit to see you.....”

Tomorrow would be a joyous moment, indeed. Finally, after all the wait and hardships, he would be able to see his Hyukkie. However, he needs to make preparations first. He flipped his phone open and dialled a number he knew so very well.
“Yoboseyo?”
“Ya Shindong, it’s me.” He could hear the other choking and concluded that he called when his friend was eating or drinking. Most likely eating.
“Ya! Why are you calling now? It must be because you’re going to ask a favour again, right?” Donghae couldn’t help but laugh.
“You know me too well Shindong. Yes, I am. You see, I need to be able to stay at your school. Being an assistant teacher would suffice.”
“And why should I let you? Are you planning something?”
“You really do know me! Yup, I am. Everything is in order, already.”Now, it’s time for the chase.
“Aish! I can’t believe I’m doing this but whatever, you owe me Hae-ah.”
“Yes, yes. See you tomorrow!” He hung up and flopped on his bed. He couldn’t wait to see his beautiful Hyukkie.
“I’m coming Hyukkie.”

The next day, as he walked inside his Hyukkie’s classroom; he couldn’t help but feel nervous. He turned to the class and introduced himself.
“I’m Lee Donghae, nice to meet you.” He looked for his jewel knowing not minding all the screaming and commotion. When he spotted his Hyukkie, he walked towards his desk and stopped. He smirked down when he saw him moving from his sleeping position. When he finally looked, Donghae swooped down and placed a swift kiss on those plump lips.
“Fishy....” You remembered somehow, huh Hyukkie?
“We finally meet, Hyukkie......”And the rest was history.

During lunch, the rest of the group was introduced to Donghae and immediately liked him, much to the annoyance of Eunhyuk. It turns out that Heechul and Hankyung first met Donghae when their families went to the States six years ago.
There was a gathering for high-class people before and because of sheer boredom, they roamed around and found each other and caused a commotion for the heck of it. Since then, they became close friends, despite Donghae being older for two years.
In Siwon’s case, it was something similar but they’ve know each other far longer than that, especially since, Donghae is Kibum’s best friend. When they found out that Kibum knew Donghae too, they accepted him right away. They didn’t find him suspicious since he’s already friends with some of them, especially Heechul.
Well, they also found out that Donghae was the mysterious ‘boyfriend’ and also the one who kissed their Hyukkie. When it was Eunhyuk’s turn to be questioned, Donghae spoke up and said they were just really close friends. He was just so excited to see Eunhyuk that he ended up kissing him as a greeting. And with that, the subject was dropped much to Eunhyuk’s relief.
As soon as school ended, students rushed out and proceeded to go about their way. However, two stayed behind and went to the principal’s office. They went inside without knocking and sat on the sofa.
“You know the least you could do was knock.” Shindong was annoyed. Sure, they were friends but he was still the principal.
“You’ll get over it. I’ll get straight to the point, what’s Donghae doing here?” Heechul really was glad to see his friend but he knew that something wasn’t right.
“I can’t tell you anything, why don’t you let him explain, Donghae?” Donghae came out with a bright grin on his face.
“Aww and here I thought that you wouldn’t notice anything amiss.” Heechul just rolled his eyes. As if anyone can outsmart him.
“You can’t hide anything from me Hae-ah and you know that, so what are you doing here?” You could see the tension between two. Not like Hankyung and Shindong care, they were too busy stuffing their mouths to notice.
“You already know Heechul.” He left it at that; he knew that Heechul would immediately take up what he was on about. He was right to assume, especially when he saw Heechul’s eyes widening and finally a look of realization settled on his face.
“So the one you’re looking for is here?” He found him....
“Yes, and it’s none other than your precious dongsaeng, Lee Hyukjae.”

Eunhyuk was lying on his bed and staring at the ceiling. He was replaying everything that happened to him ever since that stalker guy came. He was confused. He knew that somewhere in the recess of his mind that Donghae was someone he knew. But he was absolutely sure that no matter what he’s never seen his face before. His voice is really familiar though....
He even asked his parents and noona whether they knew who Donghae was but all they did was shake their heads and say no. That confirmed his growing anxiety about the person he thought he knew. Maybe, I’m just imagining it.
He stood up and went inside his bathroom to take a shower. When he came back, he saw something on his bed that made his heart skip a beat in surprise and fear. There, a violin case sat innocently atop his bed. He approached cautiously all the while looking around his room. Before he got to the bed, he saw the curtains by the balcony billowing and he stopped.
He made a detour and went for the balcony instead. He calmed his nerves and ran outside only to find out that nobody was there. He felt like an idiot and so without further ado he went inside and reminded himself to always lock his balcony from now on.
After looking around his room once more, he proceeded towards his bed and placed the violin case on his lap. Hearing nothing, he concluded that it wasn’t a bomb and opened the case; he was left gaping at what’s inside.
There lay amidst all the leather was a beautiful, white violin. The violin looked like it was gleaming due to its whiteness. It had golden strings and golden hand-made carvings. The markings were intricate and the carvings were made of real gold. The pattern was of a leaf with growing vines enfolding the whole violin. It was breathtaking to say the least.
He was so surprised that he didn’t hear his door opening. He was broken out of his stupor when he heard a gasp. He turned to the door and saw his noona standing near it while a hand was placed over her mouth.
“Hyukjae! Where did you get that?” He really didn’t know how to respond to that so he just stayed silent.
“Do you even know how much that costs?!! It was on auction in Britain for years now and everyone’s been on a rampage over that violin!!” He really didn’t know that but if his noona was reacting this way, then maybe, it was a big deal.
“How much does it cost, noona?” He asked. He wasn’t interested to say the least. However, at the same time his noona answered the question he saw a note.
“That costs over a billion dollars, Hyukjae.” His jaw dropped not because of what his noona said but because of the note he saw.
