In the eyes of society, relationship among relatives, more over siblings is prohibited. Me and my brother grew up hearing the same words over and over again from our mom every single night and it's really getting old. People look up to my family as perfect. A mother who works as a lawyer. A son that all the girls our age could have dreamed of and a daughter who is very hard working and sweet. Okay not too perfect but still good. Father? Deceased. But these are the relevant things people actually know about us.
There are two things people do not know about us.
One. Me and my older brother (technically older by months but still)...are secretly dating.

Umika's thoughts were disturbed when she heard a knock on her door. She dropped her pen on her desk and scratched her head.
"what is it this time." She whined, opening the door open but only to be greeted by a waving teddy bear.
"Guess who?"
Umika rolled her eyes and closed the door however there was a knock again. SHe
turned around and opened it again and stared at the waving bear.
"WHAT?" She asked irritatedly. "Can't you see I'm busy?"
A head dropped down the side and grinned "I was just wondering if you're feeling any better now" Ryosuke chuckled leaning dropping the bear down and leaning on the door frame.
Umika inched a few steps backward while Ryosuke inched toward her until she fell on her bed, back flat and him on top.
Ryosuke leaned forward "Still having a fever?" He asked pressing his forehead on hers. "I was surprised to see your seat empty after lunch"
"you're too close" Umika mumbled pinching his nose and pushing him away. "I'm fine. The school nurse just told me to rest" She said standing up and stealing the bear from him. "Thanks"she said as she played with its arm.
Ryosuke stared at hear and patted her head. It's been exactly 4 months since they started going out secretly. It was a joke that became eventually became true. He was only teasing Umika unfortunately, she was gullibe and took everything seriously. Eventually he did started to like her... more than a sister.
"Since you're already feeling well..." He started and messed her head "Let's go out"
"But.." Umika started but his fingers pressed on her lips. "Shh.."
Ryosuke winked "I have an idea." ---------------
"This" Umika stared at herself on her mirror "is your idea?"
Ryosuke nodded and tied his hair back and put his cap on "changing your appearance is nice. We won't get caught by our neighbors" He smiled and got another cap and placed it on top of her head.
"I look like a boy" She complained.
"Correcion. A cute boy" Her brother said pressing his lips on her soft cheeks and pulling her out of her room.
Umika's eyes widened and got completely dragged down by her brother.
"It's a good thing mom's out of town today" Ryosuke said as he locked the front door while Umika nodded
"We won't be caught by our classmates right?" She reluctanly asked.
"We wont. Not even those nosy neigbors who have nothing to but drink on the corner" He assured her "Now, Let's go and have some fun.."
Umika nodded and clinged on her brot--boyfriends arms and starting to bite him on his
arm as they continued to walk away from their house hand in hand.

We aren't blood siblings at all. My mother remarried another guy who had a son...so basically we are siblings in other people's eyes but to us.
We are just simply two people in love.
