Well, I had sleep but I'm still not myself. I think I've temporarily lost part of my soul. Or all of it. I have to give up now, because this hurts way too much. Really, my arm is scaring me and my head is all kinds of fucked up. I might try this again soon. Maybe not. Final count is, as of midnight, 60 hours.

There's something wrong with my left arm. It's been really achy for a long time, and feels moreso when I press the artery.
