I get to sleep in a little this morning and they start construction on the street right outside my window at seven in the morning. Lovely. And not just a small bit of construction, but construction that will probably be happening daily for the next month or so. Curse you, Oxford Street

I had a shitty night, last night I went to bed early and planned to get up early because I want to start actually getting something done other than moping this summer, and at 1 in the morning I wake up to the kitten trying to get a bug that is in the room that I have no idea whether it is a wasp or what, and I have to take the kitten and my pillows (and dolls, hehe) out of the room to the sofa. I could hear dad's snoring, so needless to say, I didn't have a nice night of sleep. Seems I just can't get one this summer......
