I would like to take my cousin Tricia out to a nice dinner this weekend in Baltimore. Any suggestions? She lives in White March, so anything near there/Baltimore would be great. She isn't to adventurous with food, so nothing to crazy.

nearish to White Marsh as in just a couple beltway stops away and south on Harford Road in Hamilton:
I've never been but lots of peeps kvell over Chameleon Cafe 4341 Harford Road as the nicest place around there.
There's also the newish Clementine 5402 Harford Road for which reviews are kind of uneven as to frazzled service but great food.
