Yeah, the seller accepted our lowball bid on Friday afternoon, just a couple hours after we completed the bid paperwork.

omg it sounds like you're doing really well, and are really happy :) i want to hear all about it. i invited you to facebook, which i use way more than lj nowadays. i just got back from a weekend in las vegas and am utterly exhausted, probably going to take a nap (even though i should be jobhunting down here in Los Angeles).
