I haven't been feeling so well mentally in a long time for various reasons. I'm up, I'm anxious, I'm agitated, I'm mixed. Now I seem to be down. I think I'm depressed. No, I know I am. What's the attitude?
Since I'm still having difficulties, today I'm picking gratitude. I'm grateful that my son is strong and healthy. He didn't used to be. When he was little the rounds of docs were for him not for me. I'm grateful for my sons presence in my life. I enjoy spending time with him he is a cool kid. I am grateful for my family especially my Mom ( Read more... ) -

I'm having another difficult day and it's just started. I'm hoping my doc will be able to help me tomorrow. But there are a myriad of worries to go along with the whole thing. I don't want to go back in-patient (no matter for how short a time), I don't want a drug with bad side effects that make my quality of life worse or just as bad in a ( Read more... ) -
Spiritual
I'm not a religious person more spiritual. I was raised Baha'i which left me with an incredibly open mind spiritually. But in the end even that religion was not all it claimed to be so I could not stay. I went to Catholic school with the uniforms and mass every Friday. It fed a love of religious ceremony. It' ALL in my head
I'm obsessing happily about swap-bot. I'm enjoying getting mail again and slowly starting to create again. I know I can't just jump in with both feet. My brain is not ready and emotionally I'm not ready. Brain damage sucks!!! But I seem to be getting there as long as I can keep myself in check.

I've decided to write a poem a day for nanowrimo. We'll see how well I stick to it. I'm very rusty. Also, I've started doing writing prompts again. They were fun when I did them. I hope I stick to it.

just crazy
I'm riding the mania train up and down, way up and diown. everything with my doc is fubar'd and I'm not in any shape to deal with any of it. there are so many things wrong with me now, it's not funny. -
