A bit of life's lesson that I've picked up recently...hope it helps. Or at leasts makes you snort in derision and therefore lift your mood for a moment.
You are only insignificant if you let yourself be. Corny, I know, but it's true nontheless. If you don't think of yourself as being important to you, then how can you really do much of anything without that selfdoubt? Take a step back for a few hours, for a day or so, then look at yourself and your situation again after that brief break. Things won't look so bad, you'll have a clearer idea of what to do, how to do it, and more importantly, that you can do it
