UGH WEIGHTLOSS IS HARD!!!

Does anyone have any tips or pointers for me to use? I've really been trying to lose weight recently. I've been going to the athletic club and eatting differently. I don't eat after 7 anymore. I really need to find a way to slim down before Christmas...HELP ME PLEASE!!!! I BEG OF YOU!!!

Eat breakfast...it get's your metabalizim up earlier in the day. Also, when you exercise it raises your metablalizim for the rest of the day, so the earlier you do it the better...

I do know if you can stand the like 5 meals a day but all very small is a good thing too. Instead of just 2 or 3 big meals. Um... I know it depends on what kind of exercises u do at the gym, I don't know off the top of my head, but I know the internet knows, lol. But those two things really will help. Diet and exercise. and yes eating breakfast is a biggie like said above^^^ and I know some smoothies/ protien shakes are good if u do a little research on that stuff.
