Anyhow, assuming you don't count the looking up of student data that I do at work, I'd say my web-use breaks into four similar sized pieces.

Where do I start?

First thing, I would fire everyone who is currently involved in the federal government.  I would dismantle all the laws that have steered us away from the Democracy we learned about in grade school and straight into the Oligarchy that has probably existed since day one.
