I reluctantly watch all the episodes too (I keep hoping for a change). I have to admit that since all the characters from each season fit into your descriptions, I have found myself not really caring for or about them all that much. They are all the same.

I would like to see some more color added to the mix too. How about a season where the minority is the white person? They don't all have to be black either. Throw some asians, indians, native americans and stuff like that in the mix.

I love the the Gauntlets and the Infernos. I enjoy them even though I don't know most of the cast. The people aren't memorable enough for me to carry them in my head. They are reintroduced enough for me to get a feel for who and how they are as people.

My favorite "real" world was the one where the cast lived in a two million dollar beach house. I mean, obviously all rel people live in houses like that. *rolls eyes*

I love your "superior" comment, racist people don't even get that. My other favorite is: "I've got all sorts of black friends so obviously I am not racist!" Meanwhile they have one or two black acquaintances, and are constantly telling racist jokes. ugh "-isms" drive me crazy.
