I'm in the San Jose area. The pictures are from a weekend I spent in Arcata.

I love these photos that you (and ~nesting) post. Its a reprieve from the constant white I experience here in my state.

Thanks. The weather was pretty nice, but I wouldn't mind seeing snow sometime again in my life.

That is what I like about Maryland, we get four very distinct seasons. Mossy growth covered springs, white frozen winters, thunderstorms in and out of hot summers and here in the mountains very amazing colorful falls with days of insane fog that fills valleys up so they look like you are staring at a cup of gravy. but this time of year i get really bored with the cold. ready for some not-cold. anyway i love the photos... reminds me of the eastern shore here

I would love to experience more seasons. The California 1.5 season this has gotten quite old. I've been feeling disappointed on the days when it stops raining and the sky clears up.
