So I just went out to get some fast food, and as I was coming up to the main road I saw that were about 50 people on bicycles just hanging out on the corner, spilling out into the street and everything. I though: good god what is all this, but that was just the start. After I made my turn I found that 2 lanes out of a 3 lane road were complete
