I don't expect it to be that long...

COMPLETED IN 2012

Nostalgia (NDS)
That's an award-winning choice of title, I'm sure. I've always been partial to fantasy stories that use the real world as their setting, and this one was nothing short of a straightforward fun experience. (Of course, I played most of the game back in 2009... and I only cleared the final bit of the story this year. Luckily I resisted the usual temptations to restart... thanks to the super useful in-game synopses.)

Genso Suikoden: Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki (PSP)
Yada, yada, yada. Been there, done that. Nothing short of a complete roster of 108, naturally. I even replayed the final dungeon twice to appreciate the differences between the normal and good endings. Too bad it's destined to join the Gaidens and remain Japan-only.

The Battle for Wesnoth: Heir to the Throne, A Tale of Two Brothers (PC)
After all these years, I finally figured out how to make the game work lol. I only truly liked the longer scenarios where you get to build characters though. I've never been a big fan of disposable generic units in my sRPGs.

Fire Emblem: Shin Monshou no Nazo (NDS)
Technically this was a replay, but in English, thanks to the translation team.

Oh, wow. Only five a year is rather sad indeed. One was a longtime backlog, so I guess that's at least a little progress there? And, speaking of which, I didn't even go through any of the 2011 backlogs...

STARTED IN 2012
Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together (PSP) - Couldn't decide which route to take, hence on hiatus.
Persona 3 Portable (PSP) - Sadly the first PSP battery died after only a few months, so...
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 (NDS) - Didn't like grinding for money to buy demons.
The Battle for Wesnoth: The South Guard (PC) - Not as exciting as the other campaigns.
Dynasty Warriors 7 (PS3) - Played through Wu's story, but I really should look into getting that new TV.
Tales of Graces f (PS3) - As usual, left at the point where I ought to take care of the remaining sidequests before storming the final dungeon. :(
Pokémon Conquest (NDS) - Missed the elusive Jigglypuff's charm or whatever during the first playthrough, so had to restart and eventually couldn't be bothered to continue lol.
Valkyria Chronicles II (PSP) - Left the game in December. Those fake Valkyrias are tough.
Dragon Age II: Legacy (PS3) - I know I will clear Dragon Age II before Inquisition is released!
Pokémon White 2 (NDS) - It's amazing that they did a real sequel. Too bad it's Pokémon, and I know I'll end up hating the grind.
Fire Emblem: The Last Promise (GBA) - Awesome custom patch, but the sudden difficulty spike needs fixing, I think. Or maybe I'm the terrible one here. :P
Fire Emblem: Fuuin no Tsurugi (GBA) - Currently playing through the translation for the first time, despite it being available since 2006. Guess I've always been reluctant to replay this title, since IMO it's the least polished of the GBA releases.
