YAY VACATION TIME!! If you do get to London, well, that time is my stepdad's birthday (25th August... I only remembered 2 days ago, shame on me for forgetting it until now!!) so even though I'll visit him, I will travel through London to get back to Southampton anyway, so maybe at the end of your UK visit we can meet up in London perhaps...?

Ah but me being a baka and retarded, i thought i could get cheaper prices by waiting a bit more...yeah right! that super awesome place i wanted to book is now super expensive! so i will wait a few mre days but then the dates are already decided. 25th to 29 OR 26 to 30 something. or just one day less, idky.
Hm you can try this http://www.mydukandiet.com/ or i can later, when i'm home and on my own computer (this one is a bit tricky to type on) i will send you some recipes; ok? just try eating only protein for a day, fat free milk and yoghourt, also white meat like chicken and turkey, fish and red meat that are only 5% of fat, but you can only cook them without any oil or butter. grill, roast, fry in an anti-adhesive pan. and add lots of spices, fat free cheese/fresh cream.......anyways today i swam!
i never liked swimming besides going on trips with my family. otherwise i was too ashamed of mybody to show it
