i watched movies (love actually and cold mountain) and i've watched a lot of friends...i'm lazy when i'm home....i did swim laps today...for which i will pay dearly tomorrow i'm sure....

church today went well. i wasn't as nervous as last time...i was still nervous...it's just that i didn't nearly have a panic attack and die...it's a step up...for sure. the congregation seemed to like my sermon..i wonder if it made any difference to any of them...i'm not sure...i hope so though...i wonder how you're supposed to tell...
