Agreed! No matter how much people try to make leg warmers cool, they should and always will remain in the 80's. Although even if I was living in the 80's I think I'd still cringe at this outfit

i think people try a little to hard to copy the "japanese street" fashion. when they dont even realize that the japanese are just going to 90's america for their own fashion trends.

it reminds me of the candy kids during the raves.

i can see what she'd trying to do, but i think everything looks to cheap and plastic like it was bought from the toy section of a supermarket.
and she is just wearing too many clashing patterns. the leg warmers make me want to vomit, and she is wearing way, way, way too many dotts. good try though.
also, too many hair accessories.
