I've totally fallen in love with Psycho Pass! I'm (I think) 17 episodes in already and I have been mentally assaulted and have rollercoastered through emotions. Isn't it just awesome?! It's dark, that's for sure. It's even gruesome at times, but it really gets you thinking on a deeper level. And I totally agree with you on the characters. They each have something to offer in terms of strengths and weaknesses. I like that the gave Yayoi her own episode, and I actually hoped to see more of Shion. We know she's a latent criminal, but there was not much information about her provided. I wanted more of the "complete package", though I know that's not always possible... Just to see and understand more of the characters that we're getting drawn into ( ... )

First off, welcome to the "psycho for psycho-pass" club! Hahaha! I am watching the series through for the fourth time right now with my friend Synny. She'd never seen it, either. I also have "that type". The serious, closed off glasses type that ends up having all the layers to peel away. YUP. I MARRIED one. Lol. Once you peel away the layers, they are totally different people than who you started with. Hooray for personal evolution.

I also empathize with Makishima in many ways, despite his serious amount of crazy. Wait till you've watched the last five eps...he will be embedded in your heart forever.

Just a warning: make sure you have a box of tissues with you. YOU *WILL* CRY.

I can't wait to discuss with you once you've finished everything!

Haha, thanks. I finished the series already and I loved it! Securely cried. Masaoka :( actually was pretty sad about Makishima too. Couldn't help it. I just want to hug him and make him know what love is. Even though he's horrible.

I'll upload a couple of the six posts I've already prepared, lol. Watching it again I'm learning so many things I didn't notice or know before. Already. I'm on episode six of the second viewing. Love this series so much!!!!
